Steadfast Partners is an industrial technology advisory group founded by four seasoned C-suite executives with over 100 years of combined experience growing a small, regional manufacturer into a Fortune 150 global powerhouse.
I assisted in the creation of their company identity including the naming, logo, branding, website, PowerPoint decks, and more.
I am currently a Marketing and Graphics Consultant with the company. I work with Private Equity firm, CW Industrial Partners, on their presentations, press releases, press release distribution, graphic needs, and website updates. Beyond that, I work with their portfolio companies on rebranding projects, presentations, and more.

Branding
I worked closely with the four Steadfast Partners on their branding. I created a custom branding questionnaire and interviewed each partner about the brand prior to coming up with the Steadfast name.
Steadfast was chosen as it conveys a sense of steadiness & unwavering spirit. The name also portrays that this company is firmly established and firm in purpose.
For the logo, gestalt theory or, the idea that the human brain will attempt to simplify complex designs by subconsciously arranging the parts into an organized system, was used. With the mountain ‘S’, our brains create a whole letter, rather than just a series of disparate elements.
