JLL

JLL is a major global commercial real estate company with over 112,000 employees across 80 countries. The company ranks #188 on the Fortune 500 list with $19.4 billion in annual revenue. JLL works with corporate clients, property owners, and investors worldwide, offering comprehensive real estate solutions from sales and leasing to development and asset management.

After JLL’s Raise acquisition, I lead and executed the redesign of all internal and external designs with JLL’s brand guidelines. I continued as lead designer for the project management, brokerage, marketing, and data analytics teams from Raise. I created interactive decks, client proposals, flyers, signage, and marketing materials.

Custom Listing Brochures & Branding

I lead the creation of custom brochures for new brokerage listings across the United States. For each building I designed a logo, patterns, motifs, and chose colors to create a completely new brand. I worked with the brokerage teams to ensure that the branding exceeded client expectations and fit the personality of the clientele they were trying to reach.

Goal

To create a brand for a boutique building in San Francisco, California. The client wanted the branding to stand out in the market and to match the sleek, modern interior.

Results

A brand kit inspired by the custom wallpaper inside the building. The arches in the email were influenced by the building’s dome in the front.

Applications Used

Adobe Illustrator, Figma

Goal

To design a brand and brochure for a client in NYC. The client was looking to attract tech startups and young companies.

Results

The brand is bright and modern, utilizing a wave pattern and vibrant colors to lean into the funky style of most tech startups.

Applications Used

Goal

To develop a brochure that represents the manufacturing and industrial clientele this building is looking for.

Community @ Raise - JLL Rebrand

After the acquisition, I redesigned all the components from Raise projects to fit within the JLL brand system. The Community @ Raise maintained its name to avoid member confusion, but the colors, typography, and layouts of marketing pieces were updated.

Raise

The Raise brand was modern and tech-focused. The rounded components were reminiscent of the Raise motif.

JLL

JLL’s branding uses a color palette of red and black, with the deep red conveying professionalism and energy while adding passion and creating immediate impact. The brand is more corporate leaning with a focus on brand continuity globally.
